Britain’s crown prince has paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II on her Platinum Jubilee for what he called her “remarkable achievement” of reaching 70 years on the throne. Prince Charles also thanked his mother for her wish that his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, be known as Queen Consort when he becomes King.
